Founded in 2024, RIP Tavern is a lively bar and grill serving Lake Ozark, Camdenton, Osage Beach, Linn Creek, Eldon, Lebanon, Sunrise Beach, and Gravois Mills, MO. Our Story

RIP Tavern, founded in 2024 and located along the iconic Bagnell Dam Strip, is a vibrant bar and grill built on a passion for service, community, and great experiences. Owner Jon, a dedicated military medic with 17 years of service, brought that same commitment to caring for others into the hospitality world. After years of helping people in critical moments, he set out to create a place where guests could relax, connect, and enjoy life. RIP Tavern is the result—a welcoming destination where great food, entertainment, and atmosphere come together.

Serving communities including Lake Ozark, Camdenton, Osage Beach, Linn Creek, Eldon, Lebanon, Sunrise Beach, and Gravois Mills, RIP Tavern has quickly become a go-to spot for both locals and visitors at the Lake of the Ozarks. THE best food in this area, and that includes all the "fancy" restaurants around. The competition isn't even close, either. I've had the pleasure of stopping by this lovely bar a few times now, and I've eaten different things each time, and each thing was delicious. I don't think they have a single bad thing on their menu, and that's quite an impressive thing to be able to say! Genuinely one of the best places I've eaten, maybe ever. Try the wings and the mac and cheese bites!
